Agreement and eligibility

By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase the service.

If you do not agree, do not purchase a report or upload evidence. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What the service provides

Human Response Lab provides software-generated review reports for supported video, voice, message screenshots and exported text. The chosen evidence type, review question and available source material determine which measurements and observations appear. LabBot provides general guidance about this website and is not part of a purchased report analysis.

The service is not a lie detector, forensic laboratory, private investigator, medical device, legal adviser or emergency service. A report is not a finding of guilt, infidelity, abuse, dishonesty or intent.

Your right to submit the evidence

• Only upload material you own, created lawfully or have a valid right and permission to submit for this purpose.
• Obtain recording consent wherever the law or circumstances require it.
• Do not access another account, device, backup, email address or cloud storage without authority.
• Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, intimate images, illegal content or unnecessary information about children.
• Where evidence contains another person's personal or special-category data, make sure a valid legal basis and any additional condition or consent applies.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for stalking, covert monitoring, harassment, blackmail, discrimination, public accusations, intimidation or an unlawful employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical or legal decision.

Do not attempt to bypass payment, upload restrictions, access controls, malware checks, rate limits or another customer's private session. Do not probe LabBot for hidden instructions, use it to relay automated traffic, or try to make it access data or perform actions outside site guidance. We may block processing or access where misuse or a security threat is reasonably suspected.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

The displayed price purchases one report session for the selected evidence type. A payment for one format cannot be used to unlock a differently priced format. File size, duration, image-count and text-retention limits still apply.

Card details are handled by Stripe. Human Response Lab validates the payment status, amount, currency, report type and checkout identifiers before an upload is unlocked.

Before Stripe Checkout opens, you must expressly accept these terms, request immediate performance of the report service before the 14-day cancellation period ends, and acknowledge the applicable effect on cancellation rights. For digital content, the cancellation right ends when supply begins after that consent and acknowledgement. For a service, the cancellation right ends once the service has been fully performed; a lawful cancellation before completion may still require payment for the work supplied up to that point.

Human Response Lab does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after processing begins. This includes changing your mind about the purchase, disagreeing with a report, failing to download it before scheduled deletion, or expecting a particular conclusion. None of these terms removes any refund, repeat-performance, price-reduction or other remedy that consumer law requires where the service cannot be supplied, is not as described, is faulty, or is not performed with reasonable care and skill.

Report accuracy and interpretation

Automated transcription, extraction, measurement and AI-assisted interpretation can be wrong. Speaker labels can split one person into multiple labels; screenshots can be cropped; exports can omit attachments; and ordinary stress, memory, culture, disability, language or recording conditions can affect behaviour.

You must read the confidence, source coverage, alternative explanations and limitations in the report. Do not treat one indicator, score or wording pattern as proof. Obtain qualified professional advice before making a serious decision or allegation.

Private access and deletion

There is no public customer account. Keep checkout recovery cookies and private report links secure. You are responsible for downloading the PDF and storing your copy appropriately.

Uploaded evidence, generated analysis files and the private report are scheduled for automatic deletion 24 hours after upload. Once a report session is deleted, its evidence and generated report cannot be recovered through the website. A used payment does not reopen another upload.

LabBot conversations are separate from report sessions. They are encrypted, available for read-only review by the site administrator, and scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Availability and changes

Processing depends on hosting, payment, security, media and AI providers. Maintenance, outages, unsafe files, unsupported formats or provider limits may delay or prevent a report. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Features, limits, prices and these terms may change. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to an earlier purchase.

Liability

You remain responsible for how you interpret, share and act on a report. To the extent permitted by law, Human Response Lab is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful uploads, disclosure of a private link, reliance on an automated interpretation as proof, or decisions made without appropriate human or professional review.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or other rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

Intellectual property and contact

You retain any rights you already hold in the material you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process it and produce the requested report. The website software, design and report framework remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
